(More customer reviews)With my laptop and netbook power supplies, the power cord takes as much volume in my bag as the power adapter box itself. This short cord greatly reduces what I have to carry. Admittedly, you have to sit close to an outlet or find an extension cord, but I find that the (much thinner) low-voltage cord on the power adapter box is usually long enough. Particularly with a netbook that rarely needs to be plugged in, this cord is convenient!
