(More customer reviews)The main reason I purchased this is because most German hotels have only one convenient outlet in the room. If this is used up by a laptop then there is no other place to plug in a phone or other devices. This surge protector is perfect for unplugging a lamp and putting it in line with other devices. I don't suggest plugging your laptop into this along with other devices but small devices with a lamp will be fine. This has saved me a couple of times!
