(More customer reviews)My first order was defective, so they sent a replacement as expected. The second one, which came 18 days later, was also defective. I called to inquire on a refund and after getting nowhere with the customer service rep (the 3 times I called they were all obnoxious), I asked to speak to a supervisor (Alan) who was rude, argumentative and constantly interrupted me to the point I had to ask him to let me finish! He said I would have to pay return shipping and I should be grateful that they were "nice" in sending the replacement for free. He said that he's taking a loss in this and that it's not his responsibility for selling defictive merchandise. I told him they should stand behind the products they sell and that when their company speaks of the 3 S's, the first being Service, they don't know how to deliver it. Do yourself a favor... pay a little more money to buy your items from a quality vendor! He didn't even care when I told him he wouldn't be getting a good review on Amazon!
