I sent feedback to the seller, letting them know that I'd only had the product for three months, and received feedback from them..."Sorry, you've had the product for over three months." So I guess that means no remedy for the situation, which is kind of funny because I looked at their seller profile and saw that others had problems with the product, including cord issues, and the seller's response to them was that the product had a one-year warranty. Supposedly, some even received replacements...
I guess it was good while it lasted and I got my $20 worth out of the product, but I won't be buying from this seller again.
