They look exactly the same--in fact, they are the same; the standard EP121 adapter is a rebadged MCube lite. The only difference, it seems, is the tip: Asus have their proprietary tip moulded on, whereas this product comes with a variety of generic tips (none of which work with the EP121).
My Asus (Innergie MCube lite) AC Adapter only made it about a month after I bought it, then ... it (quietly) snuffed it.
