(More customer reviews)I bought a DigiPower Universal Notebook Battery Pack. It worked very well. However, when I bought a new notebook computer, that was when all the problems began. The original battery pack did not come with a tip that would fit the new computer. The obvious thing would be to contact DigiPower and order a new tip. However, DigiPower seems to have made itself invisible. It's website does not work (it says it is 'Temporarily Unavailable'), and no on-line source carries a tip for the Hewlett Packard notebook computer I bought. Therefore the battery pack has to be trashed, and I must buy a brand new backup battery pack, even though I already own a perfectly functioning DigiPower product. Fortunately Amazon.com carries other battery backup units that hopefully have a better policy for finding a new universal tip.
