(More customer reviews)They sent the wrong battery with the HQRP combo kit. I first notified them of the mistake at their non-Amazon site, but heard nothing back for 3 or 4 days. Then I looked for a way to contact them through Amazon and when I sent them a message through Amazon, they were very quick to respond with a phone call and a new battery.
