(More customer reviews)I purchased this item because I needed a replacement power supply for a digital picture frame. The requirements were 12V - 2A. This item advertises 12V - 3.5A. When I received it, it does NOT have a setting for anything less than 15V, so it is of no use to me for the intended purpose. Since I was leaving the US for 4 months 3 days after receiving it, it has become a $12 (+ shipping) paper weight.
