(More customer reviews)The only drawback is there is no guide telling you if you use a Dell inspiron 9300 use this tip if you use a Toshiba Satellite a10 use this tip... It allows for usb charging while charging your laptop without loss of power, I wondered about that and no message came up saying charger type unknown, computer will work but not charge and not run as fast as usual, so thats a plus if you want to charge your phone or MP3 and not use the USB ports on your computer. Also not sure how the three year warrenty works since no paperwork was actually included in the box. Cords is about eight feet (possibly 10) long so thats good.
