If you expect Blue Ray quality and features for "Black Friday" prices, then this is not the product. This player worked right from the first time till now and I had absolutely no problems whatsoever.I would recommend this product to everyone who are looking for an economical way of keeping the kids occupied on long road trips..I also purchased the additional 3 year warranty just in case.
