(More customer reviews)This product works well and quickly charges your battery, but it is difficult to match up the battery with the correct charging plate, and insert it in the correct way! Once you determine the correct charging plate, you must make sure the ports line up, AND Very Important...the battery must be inserted upside down! None of this is explained in the instructions, and it was VERY frustrating trying to figure out on your own! I recommend calling the help desk right away if you have trouble, they were very nice and helpful. Also, when putting the battery in, you must force it, which seems like you could break it, but it actually works, and when you finally get it figured out, it does work well. Good luck!
