(More customer reviews)This is kit is pretty fair for mounting and recharging the Contour 1080P Camera. It depends on what you want to use the camer for as to its merits of how useful the entire kit is. I bought the camera to use in a pro street / drag car so the mounts and the car powered camera chargers are ok. The Windshiel mount is pretty good, has a great suction cup on it and mounts the camera very well to the windshield. The main arm of the mounnt should be a bit longer with maybe not quite so much of a bend in it. It is impossible to mount the camera right side up from the windshield. So it has to be either mounted at a 90 degree angle and the camera lens needs to be turned to the 90 position or it must be mounted upside down. The only way I found of inverting the movie was to pay an extra twenty dollar for the pro version of Quick Time and flip the video with it.
I haven't used the handle bar mount yet, as I don't ride a bicycle, however it might work on either of my two motorcycles but I haven't tried that yet. I did use the car charger the other day with the camera and left it mounted on the windshield mount while it charged. It worked well. The wrist and helmet mounts I haven't used yet. I think the kit is useful and worth the money if you plan on buying one of these cameras.
