(More customer reviews)I just received the iMode IP9012 yesterday. I purchased 3 units. They arrived in new condition, no problem with[...]. I do, however, have a major problem with this player. All 3 of the units do not play video at all. One of the three will not even charge my iPod like it's supposed to. They will play audio only! I have many iPods in my house, and tried each unit with iPod Nano (3rd, 4th, and 5th generations), iPod Classic, and even an iPod Touch (although it wasn't listed as a supported device). Only the audio will play. The menu button will not work for each unit, and only part of the navigation controls work. Ah yes, also the external A/V input and outputs do not work either. I find it highly suspect that all 3 of the units I purchased do not work...it doesn't appear to be an isolated thing. I have emailed Curtis Int. (manufacturer) to see about returning these or what my next steps are. Be warned!
