(More customer reviews)I had my Digipower EBP-NB60 in the original packaging for 2 months and left for my trip overseas to discover that the unit wouldn't hold a charge. You can leave it on the AC attempting to charge it day and night and it will tell you that it had full charge when plugged in the wall (of course), but when you attempt to use it as batter it's as good as door stop.
So, I was thinking ok these type of things happen and Digipower charges 5 dollars for return shipping. Now why would a customer pay 5 dollars for return shipping for something that hasn't even worked one time is bad policy for Digipower to follow.
My lesson has been learned. Don't buy off brand product as Digipower has subpar quality. I'll be sticking to name brand companies from this point forward. I'll pay the 5 dollars but be forwarned that I got a bad brick in the package and it was a total waste of money as the job it was intended for it failed at just working out of the box.
Other than that it's a great product when it works!
