(More customer reviews)I used this on my trip to Italy and Spain. It worked well in most places. At one hotel, the plug was so loose, that the weight of the plug kept unpluging it from the wall, and I had to push it up against the socket with a piece of furniture to keep it plugged in. Otherwise, it worked well, though it is rather bulky to carry around.
