I contacted the seller and they were quick to communication and gladly sent me the missing tip free of charge! I was weary about buying this product because a lot of cheap power chargers get very hot or start melting, but this one has worked well so far.
If you are in the market for a laptop power adapter then I highly recommend this one and BrilliantStore provides great customer service too!
