Make sure you call [...] (760-726-7759) BEFORE YOU ORDER to ask if the tips will fit your laptop. If you don't, a very unfriendly woman at [...] will tell you that you ordered the wrong item and that you will have to pay the 15% restocking fee and the shipping, even if there is no way to find the information you need at the Amazon website or the [...] website. It is NOT enough to check that the make of your laptop and the right voltage are mentioned, you must find out if the tips will fit. We have two recent (less than one year old) laptops, an HP and a Toshiba, both are mentioned and the voltages are correct, but none of the tips will fit either laptop, so BEWARE.
