(More customer reviews)I bought this directly from Cables Unlimited and it shorted out in about a month. There is a switch to set the voltage input and it slides very easily and therefore doesn't stay set on the right input. When it shorted out, I called the company and they said that I had a lifetime warranty, but they needed me to fax the purchase order and then I would have to wait for authorization. As I needed my computer right away, I instead spliced it into another old adaptor I had and a month later the part that plugs into the back of the computer broke off in the computer. This might be an OK product if you never move your laptop, but it is quite poorly and cheaply made, and not very well designed. Don't buy it!
