None Of The Plugs Fit, I Left Feedback Once, Got Some E-mail To Make It Right, " Removed Negative Feedback Or They Wouldn't Send Out Anything New" Ok So I Went This Route, They Send The Exact Same Adapter With the Same Ends!!!! This Is Horrible! So Countless E-mails " I Think About 32" Back And Forth With These Clowns " Brilliant store?" They Want Me To Mail In Both Adapters For A Complete Refund ...So I Am Going To Mail One Of Them Back, Keep The Other To Sell On My Own, " Hopefully It Works" If Not Throw It In The Garbage!! Best Buy Has Universal Adapters For 100$ Acer The Company Will Sell You One " For The Laptop I Was Misinformed Thought I Bought From Here" For About 60 $...Well Worth it!! Dont Buy This, Customer Service Is Horrible, And Its False Advertised! For Shure Not Spending Any More Money With Them...I Do Like Amazon, But What Ever Corner Store This Came From Is Junk...Im Not Even Giving Them The Satisfaction Of Sending The Old One Back...So They Cant Rip You Off!!!!So Amazon I Will Be Buying SomeThing Else Here Soon..But Please Don't Give Me This Same Company!!
