If there's an indicator to show me whether the battery is positioned right for a charge or when it's done charging, I don't recognize it. I've used it several times to charge my camera battery, but only once successfully. If a diagram were included showing the correct battery position, that would help. Probably this product is configured to charge a variety of batteries, which is why correct positioning isn't intuitive.
