Cons:
Charges a pair of batteries at-a-time. If you have an appliance that uses odd-number of batteries, then you will have to wait for the next charge cycle.
No delta-V circuitry when charging the 9-volt batteries. After 10-hours, the 9-volt batteries will start to heat up.
