(More customer reviews)I received the item promptly. When I opened the box I discovered it looked like a repack with the box open and no instructions. I was able to match up the connector, set the voltage and then plug it in, which by the way is not a 3 prong plug. After 5 minutes it stopped working. I tried it with another device. No success. I promptly sent it back for a refund within 2 hours of receiving it.
