(More customer reviews)I used to have a Dell laptop and a full docking station to go with it. The crappy old Dell would get hot, but that dock was convenient. When I upgraded to an Acer, I learned that there really weren't any docking stations made for it, so I settled on a cooling stand (because my last laptop kept overheating) with some USB ports. I am very happy with this purchase. The fan works well, you can even feel it on your arms if you leave them at the sides of the computer. The 4 USB ports need to get attached to a powered port, but that's not a big problem. Interestingly, they didn't seem to mention that there is an AC port for the fan, but it doesn't come with a plug. The charger for my Sony PSP fits like a glove. The cable hooks on the back really come in handy for reducing clutter.
